Since 1905, Pioneer Foundry has focused solely on the manufacture of high quality, low volume gray iron castings - made to order. Utilizing wood, poly, or composite patterns - and air-set sand molds - we can handle a very wide variety of designs. The gray iron castings we produce weigh anywhere from 25 lbs. to 2,500 lbs. each, with some exceptions. As a Meehanite® licensee, our rigid processes and superior raw materials are proven to produce castings of consistent quality. We deliver stress relieved, blasted, prime-painted (or raw) castings that are ready for machining.
